At Ayra Itr, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at Hello@ayraitr.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used attars, perfumes, oils, or fragrance products.

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Ayra Itr cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@ayraitr.com with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the returned item has been received and approved.

If the gift was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
